At TIBBS & BONES, we want you to be obsessed with your new gear, so if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original TIBBS & BONES tags attached before starting your request.

  Submit Request

  Head over to our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack & Post

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our Melbourne warehouse using a trackable postage service to ensure it reaches us safely.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with a digital gift card for the full value of your items to use on your next haul.
